Shipping
TT Motorcycles is able to ship all orders to customers anywhere in the Continental United States. (Out of country shipping/ Alaska & Hawaii, can be arranged by calling or email the store ORDERS@ttmducati.com ) We offer free shipping for orders over $150. At this time we do not offer any expedited shipping methods. We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee and delivery method– (we are currently working on further forms of shipping so stay in contact for further details) If one desires faster forms of shipping feel free to e-mail or contact the store and they can be arranged. TT Motorcycle reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time; the buyer will be informed through an e-mail message. TT Motorcycles will document any international shipping and document the cost of the product on all customs declaration forms.
Privacy Policy
All private information that is submitted to TT Motorcycles will be kept confidential, and is not shared with outside parties. TT Motorcycles uses this information to process, ship, and track and help expedite your order. Any personal information that we receive is used to contact the buyer if any problems or questions arise.
Return Policy
If you have any issues and are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for another item within 15 days of the date of purchase on all clothing (must include all tags). Full returns are also allowed within 10 days not including Holidays. Any Returned items that are used or damaged, are subject to a 10%-15% re-stocking fee after arrival and inspection. All return shipping must be paid for by the buyer. There are no Returns on Close out Clearance Items. Helmets and electronic goods may not be exchanged or returned! Customers wishing to return or exchange any merchandise should email us at ORDERS@ttmducati.com. Instructions for returns will be e-mailed back. TT Motorcycles reserves the right to deny returns if any of the above apply.

TT Motorcycles accepts all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We allow our customers several ways to pay, you can directly input the information for processing through a credit card and we also allow our customers to use their Paypal accounts to direct payment for any services through the Paypal system.
What are your business hours?
TT Motorcycles is OPEN Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Thursday 10:00am to 9:00pm. Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

What happens if something is listed incorrectly on the website?
If there are any incorrect listings, TT Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit quantities for that the order. TT Motorcycles will contact the customer if an order falls under an incorrect listing and their credit card will be refunded if it has been charged. TT Motorcycles does not charge customers until their item is ready to ship. |
